TU’s official traveling blogger, Luca's charge is to talk with grassroots
volunteers, tour restoration efforts and, of course, fish trout waters across
the country. Through his blog posts, he’ll capture the state of TU today—the
breadth of projects, the challenges and the people grappling with those
challenges.
And it would have been hard to find a more qualified recruit for the job:
secretary of the National Capital Chapter at age 15, internship at the TU
national office at 18.....
