FEINSTEIN BEATS SCHWARZENEGGER BY 30 POINTS

How bad can it get for Bush Jr.’s boy in California - Schwarzenegger - evidently, worse by the day.

Thursday’s California Field Poll (June 30, 2005) reports on a match-up between Democratic U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein versus Schwarzenegger for U.S. Senate: she floors him, 62 percent to 32 percent – a 30 point margin.

And the Field Poll also did a Feinstein match-up against Condi Rice and Feinstein puts Rice on the mat too: 56 percent to 38 percent – a 16-point margin.

SCHWARZENEGGER IN A FREE FALL

California Republicans are in a state of shock, from Sacramento to their summer vacation homes in the south of France.

The nonpartisan California Field Poll out on Wednesday (June 29) has bad news for little Arnold.

In a match-up against Phil Angelides, Arnold loses 42 percent to 46 percent, and against Steve Westly Arnold loses 40 percent to 44 percent.

This is a strong reversal from the February 25, 2005 Field Poll, which showed Arnold ahead of both Democratic candidates.

What a difference four months can make, hey Arnold?

BUSH JR. FALLS FLAT IN FORT BRAGG SPEECH

Bush Jr. flew to Fort Bragg in North Carolina and surrounded himself with troops in military uniform.

You think it would bother him to be reminded of all those months in Alabama when he "couldn’t" find his own military uniform, but not this guy.

Like most Americans, I had hoped that Bush would announce that he had used his diplomatic skills and charisma and received commitments from other governments to send 100,000 troops to Iraq to replace our troops.

But as Richard Pearle had said to me earlier in the day on a radio show – "that’s preposterous."

So even one of Bush Jr.’s guys (Pearle), who was responsible for the decision to invade Iraq, doesn’t have much faith in Bush Jr. in solving the problems in Iraq.

One of the major problems, as cited by an American General last week in Iraq and by Bush Jr. himself in his speech at Fort Bragg, is that the presence of American troops in Iraq is tragically driving the insurgency.

KARL ROVE, KEN MELHMAN, ED GILLESPIE, MATTHEW DOWD, & MARK MCKINNON TO JOIN THE NATIONAL GUARD

It would be patriotic for these Bush Jr. staffers to join the National Guard and get their rear-ends to Iraq or Afghanistan, but instead they’re cashing in on millions of dollars and hustling business deals from French and Chinese Communist firms.

Gillespie has been working with Airbus (a French company).

And McKinnon is now working with the Chinese Communists to take over Unocal.

Where’s their Republican patriotism? Join the Guard, boys!

BUSH JR. - I WANT ELECTIONS IN THE MIDEAST!

Iran held an election and elected the hard liner.

A few years the ago, the Iran leaders pulled off a scam – sent Iraqis running to the CIA with stories of Saddam and WMDs – all made up.

Bush Jr. bought it hook, line and sinker and invaded Iraq, and now Saddam sits in a prison.

Iran wanted to get rid of their enemy on the west (Saddam ran an eight year war against Iran with Reagan and Bush Sr. providing him with the weapons) and Bush Jr. did the bidding for Iran in invading Iraq.

And now Iran has elected a hard liner as president, who immediately announced "full speed ahead" on their nuclear program.

Bush Jr. – your move now!

Retired Four-Star General Wesley Clark blasted Bush Jr. in a speech in New Hampshire. "[Bush] used fear, the fear of the American people to take us into a war [Iraq] that was purely elective."

Bush Jr. has said numerous times that he will not negotiate with the terrorists.

Rumsfeld admitted on Sunday (6/26/05) that in fact Bush Jr. has authorized meetings with the terrorists – some of whom had just killed American troops.

How do you like your tea, Mr. Terrorist?

RUMSFELD CALLS CHENEY A LIAR

On May 30, 2005, Halliburton’s Dick Cheney said the Iraqi insurgents were in their "last throes."

On Sunday, June 26, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld (the one who has offered his resignation twice) said the insurgency could last as long as a dozen years.

Now we know the definition of the "last throes."

Can anyone figure out who speaks for Bush Jr. and exactly what his plan is?

HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF

President Ronald Reagan spent billions of dollars through the CIA to recruit and train Mujuhadeen fighters all from over the world to go to Afghanistan and fight the Soviets.

Reagan paid for their training and provided weapons to fight the Soviet Union who had invaded Afghanistan in 1979 and left in 1989. In the end, Reagan created a country with the Taliban who allowed Osama bin Laden to expand his terrorist networks, including the 9/11 attacks. It was foreign policy that the Republicans didn’t think through (no surprise).

Now the CIA has given Bush an analysis of the militants being trained in Iraq. The CIA concludes that the Bush Jr. operation in Iraq may prove to be a more effective training ground for Islamic extremists than the Afghanistan war.

History does repeat itself, but in this case it was done by a father and son team: Bush Sr. and Bush Jr.

FEINSTEIN FIGHTING FOR CALIFORNIA

Senator Feinstein put forward an amendment on the Senate floor that would have allowed governors in the interests of safety to veto a site approval by the Feds for LNG (liquefied natural gas) off a state’s coast.

Bush Jr. and his Republican Senators defeated the amendment 52-45.

Schwarzenegger didn’t lift a finger to help California – leave it to oil executives Bush Jr. and Cheney to decide about California’s coast and safety.

In the end, Schwarzenegger always bends for Bush Jr.

REPUBLICANS DIRTY TRICKS IN OHIO

The Democratic National Committee did a five-month study/analysis of what happened in Ohio on Election Day.

To no one’s surprise, the Bush Jr. political operatives went out of their way to make it was difficult for minorities who wanted to vote.

African-American voters on average, waited 52 minutes in line to vote, while the average wait overall was only 18 minutes.

No American should have to wait 18 minutes, never mind 52 minutes.

And the Ohio Republican thugs asked African-Americans for ID. Official Ohio law requires that only newly registered voters who did not provide ID when they registered are to be asked for ID, yet the study showed that 37 percent of youth and African-Americans voters were asked to show ID.

MESSAGE TO KARL ROVE

Your boy was up to his eyeballs in alcohol and drugs while AWOL in Alabama.

Your time in Cub Scout shorts hardly counts as service to our country. I understand when you were facing your draft physical during the Vietnam War, people could hear your knees knocking a block away (like Georgia’s Senator Saxby).

Halliburton’s Dick Cheney, with his five draft deferments (last one due to getting the wife pregnant) was hardly patriotic either.

If Republicans want to attack Democrats’ patriotism, get people like the "Duke Stir" to do it (Congressman Duke Cunningham of San Diego, who is presently under an FBI and federal grand jury investigation).

HAGEL BLASTS BUSH JR.

As the late U.S. Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan use to say - the White House is a building.

So when Sen. Chuck Hagel from Nebraska said this in the June 27th issue of the U.S. News & World Report, I’m sure he wasn’t referring to a building:

"Things aren't getting better; they're getting worse. The White House is completely disconnected from reality. It's like they're just making it up as they go along. The reality is that we're losing in Iraq."

Simply put, Republican Senator Chuck Hagel (who was wounded in Vietnam) is blasting Bush Jr., who was AWOL in Alabama.

On CNN on Thursday, Halliburton’s Cheney said Hagel was wrong, and said that he was like other politicians who are always predicting we can’t do something.

SPEAKING OF RADIO SHOCK JOCKS

I have an idea for Rush Limbaugh and the rest of the Republican blowhards on radio.

They should devote a day of radio to recruit patriotic Republicans to join the military. They could have military recruiters on the air explaining the importance to the country for Republicans to join the military.

Have Bush Jr. call in and first apologize for shortchanging our troops in Iraq with no body armor, etc., but then say he hopes to do better in the future.

Have an 800-number and go at it all day and they are sure to get thousands of Republican activists to show up at recruitment centers, wearing their campaign and "I love America” buttons," ready to put on the military uniform with the shiny buttons. African-American women make up 44 percent of all women in the U.S. Army, so let’s get some Republican women to join too.

A LYNCHING IN MISSISSIPPI?

In 1964, three civil rights workers were murdered in Philadelphia, Mississippi. The South saw the lynching of African-Americans and the murder of civil rights workers as acceptable practice. They refuse to apologize, even today!

In fact, both Mississippi U.S. Senators (Trent Lott and Thad Cochran) refused to sign the recent U.S. Senate Resolution condemning the practice of lynching.

Even so, Mississippi is finally trying in a criminal court a former KKK member and preacher (yes a "God fearing" preacher), Edgar Ray Killen for his alleged involvement in the 1964 triple homicide.

So it occurs to me, if Killen is convicted, will he be lynched in the town square after the "normal" 30 days appeal process that good old Mississippi boys like Lott and Cochran apparently still condone?

WHY DO COMMUNISTS, REPUBLICANS & SCHWARZENEGGER HATE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES?!

Schwarzenegger is leading the campaign effort to pass the Bush Jr. – Schwarzenegger Propositions on the special statewide November 8, 2005 ballot.

On the campaign trail Schwarzenegger (a public employee himself) viciously attacks public employees.

Let’s remember it was the Soviet Communists who went after the public employee union Solidarity in Poland. Due to Solidarity which had Pope John Paul II’s support, we saw the end of the Soviet Communist system. The world owes a big thanks to the Solidarity public employee union.

BUSH JR. SPOKESPERSON IN IRAQ DISAGREES WITH HIS BOSS

Dispute the claims by Bush Jr. and Halliburton’s Cheney (the insurgents are in its "last throes") the U.S. spokesperson in Iraq, Brig. General (1 star) Donald Alston, said that the insurgency will not "be settled, through military options or military operations. It’s going to be settled in the political process."

The General is in direct contradiction of most of the Republican radio shock jocks (most of whom couldn’t find a military recruiter earlier in life) who report that it’s a brilliant military strategy by Bush Jr. to have our troops tied down in Iraq because "all the insurgents in the world will go to Iraq and get killed."

One has to wonder if even a high school diploma is required to be a Republican shock jock.

Colonel Fredrick P. Wellman in Iraq said, "We can’t kill them all. When I kill one I create three." So the Bush Jr. strategy is to triple the number of insurgents?

General Alston and Colonel Wellman may be transferred soon to a site where the sun never shines.

REPUBLICAN JESSE HELMS "STANDS BY" SEGREGATION

A close friend of Bush Jr., right-wing extremist and former North Carolina U.S. Senator Jesse Helms, has a book coming out in September.

The book "Here’s Where I Stand" makes it clear he still supports the segregation that the South had.

In the 1960’s as a TV commentator, Helms was a leading voice for segregation (separate and decrepit schools, water fountains, etc. for African-Americans) and he rode his "KKK terrorist" views into the U.S. Senate.

I predict no major Republican, and especially Bush Jr., will criticize Helms for not finally condemning his past support of segregation.

Instead, the Republicans will hold a book signing party for Helms in D.C. and toast him for his views.

OLIN TO CLOSE ITS DOORS

One of the little secrets about the Republicans in Washington D.C. is the number of sugar daddies they have.

People like Grover Norquist have been living off the hog for years. But now the right-wing John M. Olin Foundation is closing shop this month after giving $380 million to the Hoover Institute, the Heritage Foundation and other right-wing organizations for over twenty years.

In other words, these "consultants" from the right-wing think tanks never had to work for a living as they published paper after paper attacking single women with kids or public education or Bill Clinton.

The Olin Foundation is sending its last $6 million to the Republican groups so they can splurge one more time at a French restaurant in D.C.

Good riddance – maybe Grover Norquist will have to get a real job now.

SCHWARZENEGGER WANTS TO BE CALLED FUNNY NICKNAMES

Schwarzenegger, who has said he enjoys making fun of people (a trait of school yard bullies who are personally insecure), told USA Today (6/10/05) about people calling him names.

“People have always given me funny nicknames. I really enjoy them a lot.”

I bet Schwarzenegger does – sure!

I would urge people opposed to the Bush-Schwarzenegger agenda to come up with “funny names” to describe the insecure Schwarzenegger with lifts in his Italian loafers, and post them on blogs everywhere.

RALPH REED, JERRY FALWELL, & A PORN STAR

At the annual "President’s Dinner" fundraiser in Washington D.C. this past week, a porn star (Mary Carey) had been invited by the Bush Jr. team, and the Republicans happily accepted the $5,000 check from her agent.

The Bush Jr. staff said, "We’ll take that (porn star’s) money."

Hopefully, Mary Carey sat in between Ralph Reed and Jerry Falwell so they could all have an interesting night. I thought the Republicans were against porn! There has to be something in the bible about Republicans taking $5,000 from a porn star.

BUSH JR. HAS NOT BOMBED THE TERRORIST CAMPS IN PAKISTAN

Days after the federal government arrested several people in Lodi, California for allegedly being part of Al Qaeda, no military action by Bush Jr.!

One of the guys went to Pakistan and was trained along with hundreds of others at an Al Qaeda camp, and they were being trained to kill Americans.

Bush Jr. has said numerous times that he will go after any country that harbors terrorists. So why are those camps still there in Pakistan?

Formerly the top nuclear weapons’ scientist in Pakistan got caught passing top secret nuclear weapons information to countries on Bush Jr.'s terrorist list. That scientist got a pardon from the Pakistan president and a nod of approval from Bush Jr.

So much for "I mean what I say."

BUSH JR. FLIP-FLOPS AGAIN

How many times have we heard Schwarzenegger’s good friend Bush Jr. say he would not negotiate with terrorists? Well the news out of Iraq is that Bush Jr. has his staff secretly negotiating with insurgents in Iraq.

Reagan said the same thing about terrorists who were kidnapping Americans in Lebanon. Years later the Iran-Contra scandal breaks and we found out that Reagan had sent missiles (and a cake and a Bible) to Iran in exchange for the hostages to be released and cash that Reagan’s people then used, outside of U.S. law and Congressional involvement, to buy weapons to give to guerillas (not "terrorists") in Central America.

The other flip-flop is that Bush Jr. has been demanding for months that the head of the UN’s nuclear weapons watchdog program be fired. Egyptian Mohamed ElBaradei is finishing his second term and Bush Jr. wanted him gone.

Then this week Bush Jr. announced he now supports ElBaradei. Twisted necks again!

BUSH JR. FAILS IN OHIO

Bush Jr. spoke in Ohio today advocating the extension of the Patriot Act, even the extreme parts that many Republicans criticize!

But Bush Jr. missed an opportunity in Ohio – the state that Republican Schwarzenegger campaigned in for Bush Jr.

Military recruiters are screaming in pain about the shortages of people joining the military (something Bush Jr.’s daughters also refuse to do) to fight terrorists.

So why didn’t Bush Jr., the Republican's "Number One Recruiter," ask Ohio voters to send their family members today to join the military?

Our military is desperate, with tours of grandfathers being extended (ten Americans over the age of 50 have been killed in Iraq).

And Bush Jr. is silent on his failures.

SCHWARZENEGGER: "GREAT JOB YOU’RE DOING"

Two days after Schwarzenegger thanked him ("for the great job you’re doing"), California National Guard Commander Major General (2-star) Thomas Eres resigned.

Schwarzenegger had appointed Eres last year, but according to news reports Eres got the books cooked about his shooting skills.

The Pentagon requires every Guard member to pass a shooting test once a year. Eres took one before going to Iraq last year to visit California troops.

Now the military admits that Eres sat at a table and shot his weapon and didn’t exactly pass, even though documents were submitted claiming Eres has passed.

Just like Mike Murphy and Schwarzenegger, a lot of "faking" in this administration.

IN PAIN - SMOKE A JOINT, GO TO PRISON

California passed the medicinal marijuana measure Proposition 215 in 1996 with 55.6 percent of the vote.

Real simple – a person is in a lot of pain and none of the normal remedies are working to reduce or eliminate the pain, so a doctor may prescribe marijuana to see if that worked. For many patients, using marijuana did relieve the pain.

But Bush Jr., who has admitted to past use of drugs, went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court to stop doctors from prescribing marijuana.

Tragically, for the tens of thousands of very ill Americans, Bush Jr. and the Republicans won 6-3 on June 6, 2005.

Most likely with over 13,000 Americans wounded so far in Iraq and Afghanistan, there will be some combat veterans affected by this decision.

How can the Bush Jr. and Schwarzenegger Republicans do this to Americans who come home and are in so much pain and find out that only marijuana helps? The Republican cruel streak continues.

Cigarettes, which kill 400,000 Americans a year, remain legal.

LIVING WAGE LAW IMPROVES STANDARD OF LIVING

The same Republican opponents of the minimum wage law have also opposed "living wage" ordinances.

The City of Los Angeles adopted one in 1997, despite all the "sky will fall" predictions.

A new report from the LA Alliance for a New Economy shows that this ordinance is working – on average it raised pay about $1.50 an hour for 8,000 employees, most of whom are women.

GENERAL MOTORS TO CUT 25,000 AMERICAN JOBS

In another sign that Bush Jr.’s economic policies of borrowing, big tax cuts to the wealthiest and cut backs on investment are not working (pardon the pun), GM has announced they will eliminate 25,000 jobs in America, or 23 percent of their present work force of 111,000.

PARENTS TO BUSH JR. – NO THANKS

In another sign that Bush Jr. had decimated the U.S. military, more and more parents are urging their children not to join the military.

A Department of Defense poll reports that only 25 percent of parents would recommend military service to their children. In August 2003 it was at 42 percent.

So under Bush Jr. we now have 75 percent of American parents not supportive of their kids to join the military.

Bush Jr. should get on the "campaign" trail in Ohio and Florida and demand all those patriotic parents, who voted for Bush Jr. with their all out support for the war in Iraq, to drive their kids to the military recruiters.

And the recruiters can go to the precincts that voted for Bush Jr. and his policies by 65 percent plus, and walk door-to-door and get a lot of recruits signed up.

What happened to Republican patriotism? Doesn't it go beyond waving foreign-made American flags?

SCHWARZENEGGER & BUSH JR. KEEP PROMISE

As Schwarzenegger and Bush Jr. break their promises to voters about schools and Iraq, the two Republicans have kept their promise to their wealthy contributors – "you will feel no pain."

In a lengthy NY Times piece, the data from the Bush Jr. IRS points out the wealthiest are doing better than ever.

America’s 400 wealthiest, minimum income of $87 million per year, pay income, Medicare and Social Security taxes at ultimately the same percentage of people making $50,000 to $75,000.

And those making $10 million a year now pay a lesser share of their income in their taxes than those making $100,000 to $200,000.

So under Schwarzenegger and Bush Jr., America’s middle class is sending their sons and daughters to Iraq and Afghanistan, while America’s wealthiest are feeling no pain while they drink $400 bottles of French wine. I doubt if they have any family members in the military, especially not in combat.

MURPHY’S LAW

Mike Murphy (Schwarzenegger’s political advisor) sticks his foot in his mouth again - "Murphy’s Law."

Murphy has fallen into a bowl of clam chowder in Boston.

According to the Boston Globe, Murphy told the conservative National Review magazine, "He’s [Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney] been a pro-life Mormon faking it as a pro-choice friendly."

Murphy now says the quote "was not what I meant to communicate."

A couple of weeks ago, Murphy "spoke" for Schwarzenegger over pizza with reporters, then Schwarzenegger said Murphy didn’t speak for him. Now Gov. Romney will be forced to say Murphy doesn’t speak for him.

Last week we finally found out who Deep Throat was (Mark Felt).

And now we know where "Murphy’s Law" comes from.

RUMSFELD SHOCKED ABOUT CHINA AND MILITARY EXPANSION

Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld gave a big bear hug to Saddam Hussein during his visit to Baghdad in 1983 (Saddam is now being charged for crimes from 1982). Now Rumsfeld, who didn’t provide body armor or armored vehicles to our troops leading many to be killed or wounded, again has necks twisting.

While in Asia, Rumsfeld said China is buying too many military weapons.

How dumb can Rumsfeld be? Look at our trade policy with China – it’s mostly American consumers sending billions of dollars to the Chinese Communist banks, which is then used to buy weapons.

COLLEGE DEGREES NEEDED

As Bush Jr. raises interest rates on student loans, and Schwarzenegger advocates a tax increase (tuition) of 10 percent a year for college students – a new report shows California needs more college graduates, not less.

This is a serious conflict – Republicans driving people out of college, but the economy needs more graduates.

Both a summary and the entire "California 2025" report is available on the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC) Web site.

Schwarzenegger claims he got a college degree in the mail, and maybe he did. After all, you certainly can mail order (i.e. buy) them.

MORE FIRMS DROP HEALTH CARE COVERAGE FOR EMPLOYEES

A new report out from researchers at U.C. Berkeley and Working Partnership USA shows more bad news under Bush Jr.

Health care premiums have increased 13 percent a year in California since 2000 and each 10 percent increase means another one million Californians losing their employee-provided health insurance.

How in the year 2005 do the Republicans explain this to God - kids, without health care coverage?

HELEN GAHAGAN DOUGLAS, NIXON & KARL ROVE

In 1950 two California Congressmembers ran for an open U.S. Senate seat.

Democratic Helen Gahagan Douglas ran against Republican "Tricky Dick" Nixon, when Democratic registration was over 58 percent statewide. Nixon won the election with 59 percent of the vote.

Nixon and his Republican cronies accused Ms. Douglas of being a communist – "pink right down to her underwear" and they printed their attacks on pink paper.

This is just one of the reasons Nixon was a mentor for Karl Rove.

The 2004 presidential election was another example of how Republicans run campaigns.

And now you see so many of Nixon people’s attack Mark Felt (Deep Throat) – he brought their (and Schwarzenegger’s) hero down.

BAD NEWS FOR CALIFORNIA AND THE COUNTRY

The Bush Jr. administration announced on Friday that only 78,000 new jobs were created in the country in the month of May.

America needs over 300,000 new jobs a month just to make up for all the jobs lost in Bush Jr.’s ("Herbert Hoover") first term.

President Clinton created over 22 million new jobs over eight years. Bush Jr. is working at about 15 percent of Clinton’s job creation.

ANOTHER TAX INCREASE FROM REPUBLICANS

While Bush Jr. and his Republican team continue to give tax cuts to America’s wealthiest (no need to pay for the war – just keep borrowing from Chinese Communist banks), they continue to raise taxes on America’s middle class.

The Feds just announced they are raising interest rates on student loans almost two points, the biggest increase since 1981.

Mom and Dad, you can expect more bills coming in for your child’s college education. Thanks Ohio and Bush Jr.!

CEO’S GET 20 PERCENT PAY RAISE

In 2004, Schwarzenegger vetoed an increase in California’s $6.75 minimum wage. He thinks a single woman with two kids is overpaid at $6.75 an hour!

Meanwhile, the LA Time reports (5/31/05) that the CEO’s at California’s largest 100 public companies got a 20 percent pay increase in 2004 over the previous year.

That’s right – these top CEO’s took home (to their extremely nice homes) a collective $1.1 billion in 2004.

I’m sure these CEO’s are patriotic Americans and concerned citizens – why isn’t Bush Jr. and Schwarzenegger asking them to pay for the war in Iraq and for California’s schools?

They’re patriots – just ask them.

BUSH JR. ORDERS NIXON TYPE COVER-UP

The U.S. Constitution is clear – presidents nominate people for jobs in the federal government, and the U.S. Senate (a separate legislative body) decides if the person gets the job.

John Bolton, Bush Jr.’s nominee for the UN job, is unstable and chases women down hallways, and that’s good reason to hold up the Bolton nomination.

Senate Democrats want to see some additional documents on Bolton but Bush Jr. has ordered a cover-up – the documents won’t be released, just like Nixon ordered.

If Bolton was applying for a K-12 teaching job, he would have to release the documents.

NIXON LOYALISTS ATTACK WHISTLEBLOWER

I thought there were laws protecting federal employees who act as "whistleblowers," exposing corrupt practices by their superiors.

Republican Richard Nixon ("I am not a crook"), also known as Schwarzenegger’s mentor, was ordering a cover-up of his Watergate break-in. An FBI agent (second in command) saw the cover-up and became an anonymous whistleblower – leaking the information on the corrupt Nixon to two Washington Post reporters.

On Tuesday the world found out who Deep Throat was – Mark Felt, now 91 years old.

Evidently, Bush Jr., another Nixon fan, ordered his Republican operatives to attack Felt, labeling him as a man with an agenda or one who committed a crime.

Message to Schwarzenegger and Bush Jr. - Republican Nixon was a crook.

BUSH JR. "FILES" CHARGES AGAINST FORMER EMPLOYEE

How ironic that Ed Gillespie as the Chair of the Republican National Committee in 2004 spent tens of millions to help elect Bush Jr., at the same time his firm was representing Airbus.

Now Bush Jr. has filed a case against Airbus – a French firm that has been a client of Gillespie’s for years.

That’s right – Gillespie’s firm has been working for a French company against the interests of an American company – Boeing.

But Bush Jr. waited several months until after the election to file legal charges against the 2004 RNC Chair Gillespie’s client.

BUSH JR., AFGHANISTAN & RAPE

Bush Jr. constantly cites how well things are going in Afghanistan.

We all know this is false – with warlords, the Taliban element still around, and record exports of opium -- and the Afghanistan President is basically the Mayor of Kabul.

Bush Jr. even cites how well women are doing in Afghanistan – they go to school, he says.

Well, a new Amnesty International report documents that women all over Afghanistan are being abducted, raped and forced into marriages they don’t want.

Even an Afghanistan government official, Nooria Haqnagar, acknowledged it by saying "in some remote areas men deal with women like animals."

But Bush Jr. will ignore this report, after all it’s from Amnesty International – and he probably believes the allegations are just from "people who hate Americans."

KENNEDY, NIXON, SCHWARZENEGGER AND DEEP THROAT

So now the world knows who the American patriot was: on Tuesday, Mark Felt revealed himself as "Deep Throat."

Felt provided the information to help stop the criminal Richard Nixon from shredding the U.S. Constitution with his break-ins, cover-ups and briefcases with $1 million in cash, etc.

Only a moron would defend Richard Nixon over the last 30 years.

But last August 31, 2004, at the Republican National Convention, Schwarzenegger reminisced about how much he admired Richard Nixon.

John Kennedy beat Nixon in the 1960 presidential race despite the fact that Nixon had ordered break-ins at the offices of Kennedy’s doctors.

In 1968 Nixon beat a good American, Hubert Humphrey. Then Nixon went on a several year rampage of more break-ins, illegal threats and cover-ups.

But in 2004 Schwarzenegger showed his true colors when he reminded us of how much he admired Nixon. I bet he despises Mark Felt for the role he played in getting Nixon out of the White House.

BUSH JR. AND AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL’S REPORT

When Bush Jr. talked about the need to remove Saddam Hussein, he kept citing all those reports (Amnesty International, etc.) about human rights violations and abuse in Iraq.

Now Amnesty International (which won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1977) put a report out stating that U.S. government policies (i.e. Bush Jr.) are condoning "atrocious" human rights violations in Iraq, Guantanamo Bay in Cuba and in other countries around the world where the U.S. sends detainees.

No one should be surprised at this report – we have all seen the pictures of prisoners being abused and read numerous stories.

But Bush Jr., who doesn’t read newspapers or reports, when asked by a reporter on Tuesday about Amnesty International’s report, said the allegations were made "by people who hate America."

I think that’s what Saddam Hussein said about Amnesty International’s reports when they said he was violating human rights – those people just hate Iraq!
