May Need To Invade Iraq Again
The news out of Iraq continues to get worse (despite Bush Jr.’s happy face regarding Iraq). The New York Times on Tuesday had a lengthy article on the new Iraq government with military and police hit squads roaming the streets killing Sunni civilians.
Hundreds of Sunnis are being found in ditches and fields with bullet holes in their heads.
One of the post WMD’s arguments Bush Jr. has had for justifying the invasion of Iraq was that Saddam had hit squads killing innocent people. Now Bush Jr. is in charge and it’s his Iraqi Army that is the new hit squad in town.
Does this mean Bush Jr. will have to invade Iraq again?
